Do you work in a high-stress, high-stakes field?
Would you like to go to the next level in your life?
Would you like to transcend patterns that have limited you?
Could you use clarity in an ADD world full of deep fakes and information overload?
Are you ready to transcend?
Certified coach Sonja Shin helps professionals in high-stress, high-stakes fields like TV news, tech, startups, law and film transcend limiting patterns to reach new heights professionally and personally.
Sonja brings thousands of hours of coaching and self-mastery training to the sessions. She developed a unique process after much testing to see what got clients the best results.
Sonja Shin has more than two decades of experience on and off camera as a TV news reporter in San Francisco and Seattle, and as a producer for NBC Network News, The Today Show and Stanford University. She handled public affairs at NASA and is a recipient of the prestigious NASA Honor Award for Excellence.
She taught graduate classes at Academy of Art University in SF. She was mentored and coached by Brian Williams, Katie Couric, Richard Hart (host of the longest running show on The Discovery Channel), a NASA public affairs and partnerships director, and her former NYC agent, who also represented Al Roker and Connie Chung.
Sonja studied ceramic engineering and science journalism and has a B.S. from Northwestern University, did master’s science communication work at University of California, Santa Cruz, and received a grant after attending the Washington University Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation program. She holds certificates in executive coaching, self-mastery, meditation and mindfulness.
Sessions bring together deep relaxation processes, visualization exercises like top athletes use to see and feel success before performing, and processes that overwrite the brain’s limiting programs with more empowering data.
Confidentiality
What you share in sessions will be treated with utmost respect and confidentiality.
Preparing for the Experience
While this work is therapeutic, Sonja is not a therapist. We will not dive into your past or unpack your problems. We will focus on where you want to be and what you want for your life.
This work is very relaxing. Please be in a quiet space where you can comfortably close your eyes without interruption. Sessions last about an hour and have long-lasting effects so clients often like to allow more than an hour for the experience.
